First, I wanted to take this opportunity to thank the Prime Roofing crew (led by Lorenzo and Juan) for installing my new roof within a four day period of good weather from December the 18th through the 21st.They completed the project in an timely manner just one day prior to the cold weather and snow arriving in our area.

Juan was especially helpful in pointing out particular areas around the chimney and over the garage that needed extra flashing and caulk. He did not have to alert me of these specific deficient areas, but was conscientious and honest enough to do so nonetheless. The work of his crew was professional and detailed in every respect.

I also want to take this opportunity to thank Justin the salesperson and inspector who explained in detail the pro's and con's of various roofing materials which made my choice of the CertainTeed Landmark TL product an easier one. He also explained, in depth, the roofing construction and inspection process which provided me with peace of mind. Again, his professionalism and expertise were beyond reproach.

Cindy and Jennifer in the office were also very friendly and helpful. They ensured quick scheduling of the project and provided timely responses and solutions to my concerns and questions.

In closing, I would be more than willing to personally recommend Prime Roofing to any customer deliberating roof replacement or repair.
